Solution
A Symptomatic Person or any traveller coming into the country can be immediately tagged at Airports, Public Transport Stations, Hospitals, Schools and enforce home quarantine tracking. The traveller will be issued an electronic Tag followed by installation of an app on the mobile, registering the details. This will include the address where the person is to remain for the period of the quarantine. The tag has an inbuilt battery. The traveller is expected to submit it back on leaving the country for it to be disinfected and reissued.

Authorities can manage large number of symptomatic and mild cases at Home Quarantine with minimal Police/Health Worker oversight. The Command Centre can continuously monitor alerts, patient calls, communications and status reporting from a single interface.

Alerts are raised when
1. Patient is not in Geo Fenced Area
2. Tag is removed and kept idle
3. Mobile is switched off or Mobile data/Wi-Fi is switched off.
